I think I would tend to agree. But the HOF is pretty much scraping the bottom of the barrel with some of the nominees in the past. Poco was pretty good, short lived in its original form but nothing real standout in my mind. Couple of pretty good albums at the time. Even with homeboy Schmidt on bass, maybe the country western hall of fame might be more fitting.

Right, but I guess my opinion has always been "then why don't we end the hall?" as opposed to "how do we get literally EVERYONE in then?" I get the idea that its already trash, so put in people like Slade or something. But also like, why not just end the hall now and just say "we ruined it." At this point, why does it even really matter if a band like Poco went in? There used to be an honor of going in. That honor was taken away, and now everyone shits on the Hall, but they still want their favorite bands in. At this point, I'd just think its cooler if Jethro Tull never got in. That seems more rock and roll. So everyone is always trying to make it better. You can't, they ruined it. I'd go the other way and just close it at this point, not put every very good band in.
