whitem8I doubt adding Mick Taylor would increase the box office much. He is probably less known than Ronnie Wood by casual and one hit liking fans. If Ronnie was ok with small theaters and clubs he would sell out in selected markets.Quote

it looks like it will be ronnie not keith that inherits the stones
musical legacy when Jagger finally goes off with his new group. but it will
take the addition of mick taylor, at the very least, to make this kind of
fractional Stones show viable at the box office.
Yeah I agree. But nothing wrong with a solid theatre tour. I'd love to go see a show with this lineup.Quote

ATLANTIC CITY -- With The Rolling Stones’ 50th anniversary tour seemingly
delayed until 2013, the closest thing area fans are likely to see to a live
Stones show for the first time in six years was a quarter of the band in a
solo show --rhythm guitarist Ron Wood and friends Saturday in the Grand
ballroom at Atlantic City’s new Golden Nugget casino resort.
...
The show not only pleased Wood, but the audience, most of whom seemed to
be of Woods’ generation. One guy of advanced age near the back of the
hall stood on his chair most of the night, wildly gesturing.
It seemed the show was to everyone’s “Satisfaction.”

thanks for posting this review.
musically, ronnie's ready to tour, obviously. but its hard to accept that
the fanbase has gotten so small that there were tickets for this small-
priced small-venue show available til the last minute.

...and ...ummmmm...... we are still waiting for the long line of IORR SRBs
(Serial Ronnie Bashers) to show up in this thread and apologize for all of
crabby, crappy, bitchy, bashing things you have said about Ronnie over the years.
You know who you are...
Ronnie did it up right.... now it is time for you to step up, give him his props.

I've heard better singers at the local pub. On a Tuesday. In the kitchen.

If you're referring to Bernard, I would have to agree.
He's best relegated to being a back-up vocalist.
