You seriously believe there are 600,000 people in the world who like the Stones enough and who also have no qualms about paying $1250 for a ticket?
60,000 maybe.
the only way the Stones will sell out multiple nights anywhere is to drastically drop the prices they were charging on their last tour - never mind this one.
They had trouble selling two or three nights in some arenas in major cities last time.
At those prices, I guarantee you they would not sell more than half the tickets for ONE night at the 02, let alone ten nights.
I'm saying that if they really want to beat U2's record tour gross, there are ways that might make that possible. I find all this every bit as incomprehensible as you do, but there really does seem to be no limit to some people's desperation to be entertained.

I hate to be a spoil-sport (actually I LOVE it), but there is an error in your equation.
1. in order to find a woman, you need time AND money. This is an ADDITION statement, NOT multiplication. Therefore...
1. Woman = Time + money (not Time x Money)
2. no change
3. Woman = 2 x money
4. no change
5. woman = 2 x sqrt(problems)
6. woman/2 = sqrt(problems)
squaring both sides, you get...
7. (woman/2)**2 = problems
in other words, you must chop your woman in half and square the result.
if you have one woman, then (1/2)**2 = 1/4. not much of a problem.
if you have two women, then (2/2)**2 = 1. now you have one problem.
if you have 10 women, then (10/2)**2 = 25. now you have 25 problems.
therefore, as long as you stick to just one woman, you can chop her in half as much as you want without creating much of a fuss. the more you chop, the more the problems.

They don't need more money but their children, yes. Working is not their cup of tea. They just want fun and be in the newspapers. They always got all they wanted since they were young and would like to stay in this way of life without working. Please dad, make a new tour, please I want to be sure I won't want to have to work...

I have to say that I think there's still a big enough market for the Stones to do stadiums. If they do smaller shows then the economics say that the ticket prices need to be higher. You can't necessarily expect smaller shows and lower prices.
These tickets will be like gold dust as they could easily sell out several stadium shows plus several arena dates in the UK.

The Rolling Stones can save big on travel costs by only playing in the NYC area... Manhattan (MSG), Brooklyn, East Rutherford, and Newark. Then 3 or 4 weeks in Atlantic City.
