just a question, why albums like Emotional Rescue, Tatto You, Black and Blue, Its only Rock and Roll and many others were not re released on vinyl ?

Thanks for the answers , but why not by separate ? I can't buy the complete box at once, it is too expensive, why not by separate like many others bands do ?
