Question reg. credit cards

How does one do when trying to purchase a ticket from US Ticketmaster with a european VISA? The website (TM that is) don't provide any help and I can't choose Another billing country other than US/Canada?
Anybody knows how I can make them accept my payment/credit card?

Stupid me forgot to open up the security wall for purchases outside Europe, always forget about that, must've had too much to drink well well well

I Think some banks use "safety walls", ie you can open up the card for 60 minutes to make a transaction on the web if the website is based outside Europe.
