In 73 Euro tour they did not abandon "Silver Train" and "100 Years Ago" after the first Vienna gig. The next shows were Mannheim, Koln; I think they kept performing them, and it wasn't until London that they dropped them from the set.

And not since.

They did an excerpt of "Wichita Lineman" in Wichita 2006. (I'm assuming
that was the only time they did that.)

Have a look at Gazza's Rocks Off side: rocksoff.org - go to "Setlists 1962-2002" - go to "And there's more: Debuts and last appearances". There is a chronology from "Come On" to "Hurricane" of the officially released songs. In the second column you'll find the term "No Other Live Performance".

Thankfully only once!

I attended all the MSG shows in Jan 98 and all of these songs were great and worked very well live! Especially How can I stop was a burner!

"Con Le Mie Lacrime"

"Parachute Woman" only once in concert (and I know, once for TV special).

She Smiled Sweetly - Roseland Ballroom 2002. At least i think that´s the only time they have done it, but maybe they did it some time in the 60s as well.

Good call.

That bitchy AC thread reminded me of another one: "Boogie Chillen'".
