The board has had threads on warhorses, and threads on songs we wish would be played more. I’m not asking here for songs that would just be fun, like “We Love You,” or “She Smiled Sweetly.” And I’m not asking for rotation songs that get played occasionally, or good songs like “Love Is Strong” that should come out more often.

What one undeniably great Rolling Stones song do you thing has been criminally underplayed?

My answer is “No Expectations.” The Setlist site says it’s only been played 20 times, and twice in the past 16;years.

It is fantastic...and like Flairville said...it could indeed be an anthem .

It does however have a funny kind of time signature & tempo that could easily fall apart if everybody wasn't paying attention

I would take whatever they choose aside the usual 19 + well known stuff serbed as "rarities" (dead flowers, like a rs...)

What's rapidly becoming evident is that they now need to commit to a further ten years of touring in order to get through all these requests.

So, Mick, Keith, Charlie, Ronnie...

..if you did have any retirement plans...forget it !

I would love to hear them play "Mother's Little Helper" with Jagger's touting 'what a drag it is getting old' bit, lol....would also be cool to hear "The Last Time" and "Hang Fire". So many others I could add to this list as well.

I don't think there are any. Maybe some from Exile and Sticky Fingers. But there are criminally overplayed songs though. That's for sure.
