He then launched into the song "We Take Care of Our Own." In Springsteen's defense, he starts many of his shows with that same question, a lyric from his song "Radio Nowhere."

is this being too harsh? did any of you react? seems like a reach, just based on the description - i mean, when they say "in his defense" - why even pose the freaking question?
