I was just listening to a new song by Duff McKagan in the car yesterday and immediately thought this sounds very familiar. I had a hard time figuring out which Stones song this is similar too but decided that it kind of sounds a bit like YCAGWYW, the phrasing and licks etc. I could be wrong though. What do you think?

I hear a vague hint of Jigsaw Puzzle in the vocal delivery until the chorus comes in, and then it sounds a bit like latter day Aerosmith, but better.

Yes, at first as I was puzzling about what this sounds like I was headed towards looking into Beggar's Banquet songs to see which song and I agree there are some similarities to Jigsaw Puzzle as well.
But the comment from dmay nailed it on the head... I had to stop playing Chip Away and continuing to sing in the same style that line of lyrics as well as the Chelsea drugstore one fits in perfectly!
