Just finished reading Paul Howard's Book about the short
life of Tara Browne titled "I READ THE NEWS TODAY OH BOY".

I never knew how close Brian and Tara were.
The book contains some interesting tales from Marianne Faithfull and Anita Pallenberg
as well as from other well known people of that time (e.g. Macca).

Indeed. An interesting book about an interesting person.

Brian lost a close friend, his lover and would be busted within a 5 month period. Many a person has crumbled facing just one of those situations. That plus an ever present frail health.

Despite all of this, during and soon after this time Brian produced some of the best musical contributions of his career.
