If you are looking for the European version - there is no way to tell if the set is sealed. If it is used - you need to ask seller the matrix numbers of the CDs.

Matrix / Runout (CD2, Version 1 with reversed channels): EAGDV051 AF06430-01 manufactured by optimal media GmbH

Matrix / Runout (CD2, Version 2 for replacement CD with correct channels): manufactured by optimal media GmbH AF12088-01
I am not sure that the original pressing (Version 1 with reversed channels) was ever recalled from the market and replaced with corrected one.
