I posted the question on the "huge" US tickets thread but never saw any answer or (sorry) lost among the 75 pages
My trouble is that I cannot reach the tickets page. I tried with different computers and different browsers, and the only answer I receive is a quite blank page with that information (always the same) :

Error 401 Not allowed
Not allowed

An idea ?

At first happened me 3 weeks ago but only on one day. The another day it worked.

Yesterday I got this error message again. I hoped today will it works but it seems not.

I use chrome but it does not works explorer neither

Which means, the price is based on supply and demand!
Pit prices vary between 800-1.600 USD + fees!
On these sites you won't get tickets for face value (585 USD) + fees!
Be carefull.

Not all the tickets are ‘resale’! And good luck trying to get ‘face value’ whatever that really is. Don’t take ticket buying advice from me tho as I do not give ticket buying advice.

Pits 1 and 2 for face value ($400?) are impossible to buy. The whole Stones ticket sale for US 2019 was a fraud and a fiasco. Kudos to the people willing to spend $900 for a $400 Pit ticket. If I wanted to pay that much, I'd go VIP.

So it's worth noting the advice of some here by saying wait to get pit tickets at a price close to the real value of the 400-500 ea?

The "waiting room" experience was excruciating. That said, while I could not pull Pit tickets (a few people here did however), there were some decent $499 tickets right behind The Pit for New Jersey that are now going for insane prices.

Ticket prices will drop.

- the URL you give are those I tried to use
- I tried with my own computer, restarted many times, including the huge number of updates and other patches, no way
- I tried with internet explorer, Firefox, Chrome and even avast browser, no way
- with avast browser, the ticket page does not open (so no error message but no tix)
- I did the same with my sons computers (so 3 different computers), no way
- I tried with my cell phone, same issue
- My son tried with his cell phone, for presale, and was able to reach the ticket page, he did not buy, and since he cannot reach it again
The error message is strange. Is it possible that there is a kind of filter (sorry for the No Filter tour) for France (or Europe ?), or for my internet provider ?
Just before to reach the error pages, the browsers go through a temporary page, too fast, I cannot see anything except a logo on top of the tab, orange circle, with a kind of corner on top right, with in the middle a white 8, bent 45°. With the indication "untitled".
Terrible.

surprisingly the site works well for me today no error message.

Yesterday I restart my computer and after it I still got that error message.
I tried it also with my soon's laptop but I got error message too

Then I switched off the wifi and used the mobilinternet.
It worked with the mobilinternet !

I'm not computer expert but maybe this error message belongs to IP address ?
Have you restart your router ?

Anyway it is still strange for me that some days I got error message an another day it worked well however my IP address is same.

I hope you will find a way to buy tickets !

It sounds like Ticketmaster does not allow me to reach pages
So I tried with my phone without home connection, it works.
So I tried to login on ticketmaster site, it works
But I cannot reach any page ! Even the "contact us" page links to an error page !
When I click on "my account", very simple request, I too stop on a error page.
So I need to find away to contact ticketmaster but as I cannot see any page ...

Yes, they are crazy and sorry to say, I bought in. I panicked and went straight to broker. It was a mistake but I'm glad I have my tickets and I'm trying to not think about it too much lol.

What site did you buy and what location? in vivid seats I saw pit for NY 2 to 764 with fees included but I do not know if the tickets are true. I am from Argentina.

LOL. That's what the Amiga computer (1980s) used to say when it crashed. Guru Meditation error. Google it. Funny story. Somebody's inside joke, but it's likely your IP provider brickwalling you for some reason. Did you try it outside of your local network?

I'm fascinated by people who have to have pit tickets. I got to see them close up a couple times, and that's it. Why would anyone pay outrageous prices to see them close up at this age? It ain't pretty. Just get a decent seat and sit back and listen. I'm done seeing them, unless something radical happens like they have a whole new setlist and Mick T and Bill play with them. (Actually I think Bill has retired from public view). If I was to be dragged off my couch I'd go the night of the concert and first check the box office a couple hours before the show. At least what I would get wouldn't have Ticketmaster add on fees. And often some very good tickets come open that night. One time I got the Stones' own tickets they hold on to until night of.
