Has anyone actually found "The Rolling Stones Liberation Front"? I've looked on a number of the news sites reporting this article and they all just seem to be using the same document source without citing where it came from. I'm wondering if a journalist wrote & published it claiming that they got it from the RSLF and now other's are republishing what is basically a hoax. There just doesn't seem to be an actual RSLF that someone could join. Not that I'm interested in joining... Just one of those things that I see occasionally that make me wonder if I'm being played.

Peace,
Mr DJA

Probably just a typo....spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

If there's any organization at all I hope it's focused on fans getting concert tickets, instead of scalpers and brokers. Especially for small venue gigs. Seems most people (tourist) that get into these shows only go for bragging rights, not because they love The Stones. Anyhow, hope all us die-hards will have a chance at anything special that might happen.

'How much do you really HATE The Beatles?'

Yankee fans were not happy that with the new billion dollar stadium, ticket prices went up...the empty seats testified to that. Plus there was NO reason to tear down that old stadium that was seeped in tradition and history...dumb ass capitalists!
The Stones in stadiums again..OH NO, NOT THAT AGAIN! I hate stadium shows! On the other hand, in arenas that hold 30,000 max, do you think ticket prices will be $30?? A beer and a pretzel might cost $30. I have real mixed feelings about another big tour; I'd rather they do 3 nights at MSG, 3 at the Fleet Center in Boston, maybe the same in Philly and Hartford, Montreal and Toronto, La and Chicago etc and cover the big cities and be done with it. They could do the same in Europe. I agree with Gazza, I don't see this being a huge tour if they have to travel all over the globe.
P.S I LOVE the Beatles.

I say raise the price of tickets and have the greedy rich buy them up and distribute them among the poor!

The greedy rich (promoters & band) already do that... Once you pay them the $300 and become poor, they'll distribute a ticket to you.

Peace,
Mr DJA

They can't pay them enough. Not all wealthy people are greedy.

I knew a wealthy fellow that once lived in a commune. His live in partners took him to the cleaners.

I read the " demands" of this Liberation Front and I'm not for getting rid of the brass section or back-up singers but I certainly agree with revamping the set lists, LOWER ticket prices,& smaller venues. The fat cats piss me off too and not because they have $$ but because they are not STONES FANS! They are there with their trophy girlfriends on their arms, looking all around to see who's looking at THEM, not paying a bit of attention to the band! One of these idiots was in front of me in Philly in 2006 and was making out with a teenage bimbo, as disgusting a display of PDA as I've ever seen, and a few of us even yelled to him to get out and get a room. This next tour should be for " fans only"...and FOR US as a tribute to OUR ENDURANCE & LOYALTY!

I'd support a movement to get 'em playing Hard Rock Calling. As long as they plug it in, turn it up and play loud \m/

I'd support a bowel movement. It's far more likely to see results.

A country-tinged song in the style of Wild Horses?

WHAT? Did they even LISTEN to the song?

No point in bothering - their little review of A BIGGER BANG says "not a real clunker in the bunch."

Way so not cool.

Funny we all bitch about the Stones getting too much for their tickets.
(They don't make very much with record sales.)

No one bitches about baseball, basketball, football players, etc. making $$$$$$
to play a Game. Look at what it costs to go to just 1 pro game!

You don't follow the New Orleans Saints do ya. Ever heard of a pathetic football player by the name of...Reggie Bush?
