as I understand it in English

"50th anniversary word tour scheduled (= geplant = planed)" !!!

does a real German speaker could translate it better ?

If we haven't heard anything solid before the end of this month I guess chances would be very slim of an upcoming tour. Then the book is it!

German speaker here, and yes, it means "world tour planned for the band's 50th anniversary" - to me it sounds like regular marketing hype/speculation from the publisher, not more.

At this point there is absolutely nothing new I can learn about the Rolling Stones and certainly not enough to justify the purchase of another $40 coffee table book.

I'm pretty sure most people on this site would agree.
