OT Favourite IORR hoaxes

The two main ones that stick in my mind are the recent one, about the Beatles tune that was all about Brian's death, and the epic tale of .... (can't recall his name now) about his trip to see the Stones' club show in LA. The level of detail he went into (and the time and imagination he expended) was fabulous.

What other ones have there been?
Which was your favourite?

At least, «Done deal» is the most persistent one..

What about people who argue with themselves while logged in as different individuals? Mind you, that's only a theory.

Yes, the legendary 2010 tour springs to mind!

I always liked HMS, and his love of DW (and, as a side effect, baiting another frequent visitor here) seemed to be genuine.

Hope his doing ok, out there somewhere, listening to his favourite...

Was a great story!
I believe I was the first to find a legit flaw in his story when he said his contact was the "banquet manager", when I pointed out they didn't have one, or do banquets. Great, great story up till then I was rooting for it to be true. cool smiley
