That has happend several times since the agreement between both parties were sealed in the eighties. As long as both get a their fair share of the royalities. Both parties does also make their own projects, though. Also it’s worth noting that every piece of unreleased music ABCKO wants to release, has to get the bands approval. Last years BBC album had the bands approval too. And it also had the ‘tounge’ logo, despite it being an ABKCO release.
It was a joint release, it also had the Polydor logo.

U.S. Cassette Box Set ... I don't remember even seeing this in the record store. It looks like it was meant to be kept on the floor of a car back in the day

Also, I see the cassette case has the original Some Girls white cover while the set box has the modified cover.

I don't have the box set, but seemingly I have 13 of the cassettes from the set
