Really sorry if this has been posted before - and it is over 15 years old(!) but this is hands down the best interview I've seen with Mick (and he's obviously done a fair few).

A large chunk is about his 'acting' career, but nevertheless he really opens up and you can see he's genuinely impressed with the questions and engages with them in a way I'd not really seen before.

Does Mr. Rose interrogate Mick about misogyny in the Stones lyrics? Given the hasty demise of his career after he got Metood, that would be some wicked irony.

I had watched this interview years ago, and also thought it was the most in-depth and wide-ranging I had ever seen of Mick.

The interview is not "great" by any means. Not bad either though. It's one of many interviews with Mick Jagger. The reason Sir Michael doesn't look his usual blase is because the interview is focused around acting.
Which is Sir Michael's secret desire. And I guess he's fed up talking about The Rolling Stones. Not to mention his private life...

Dammm that Sir Michael character and his secret desires that only those truly in the know can detect .
Too bad, that guy had real potential as a singer.

Thanks - I had never seen this before, and it's good to see Mick talking with interest and enthusiasm about something he hasn't been asked 4778792 times before.
