The rumor is that he is in negotiation with a new label (One Little Indian) about his back catalouge. New re-releases and new box-set of outtakes is in the works as of now. Which sort of explains why his records at this time is out of print and missing in action on iTunes.

If he's got any sense, he'll be at his accountant's office trying to find ways to dodge the UK's new 50% tax.

I've been wondering where his back catalog is too. It has been in need of an overhaul for years now, and has all but disappeared off the shelves. I'm surprised with how active he still is that it hasn't been addressed already.

If it feels good for you to insult artists, at least do it to the right people, theres enough untalented plastic pop out there.

stoneswashed77 and mickscary - you obviously don't enjoy being on this site. And perhaps some of us find it embarrassing being on the same tite at you guys? Just asking - I don't have all the answers...

It's of course okay to find the Beatles boring. But calling a person, whoever, fat is totally irrelevant to any topic here that's about music. Anyway, I see many other groups pass on by here, the Who, the Doors and other musicians like Neil Young, David Bowie and others. No problem, I would say. Besides the Stones and the Beatles are in some ways related to each other, if you like it or not.

Agreed. Mick T needs to lose some pounds. Hopefully he will to get in shape for the Stones tour.

You are such a thick and ignorant idiot! really! How can you not comprehend the link between The Stones and The Beatles! They were/are friends and supported eachother immensely. But again your posts really are informative about your myopic understanding of music. I really often wonder if you are a frustrated 13 year old unable to understand the world... but best left ignored.
