I tried to change the Delivery method, but all I get is a an email with this phone #0203 481 55 06, where nobody answers, i.e. the phone is ringing but nobody picks it up.
It's a total mess with them. With ticketmaster the change worked within 1 hour, but AXS is able too do anything.
I have the impression, that they don't even read the request. Even a child would understand, that if you are travelling from Dublin to London, you can't pick up the tickets at your home adress, i.e. Germany and that Box Office collection is the only way to go.
They picked up the phone after 40 mins. today. So I guess I was lucky. They can change to ETicket 2 weeks before the event, which is fine, but you have to spend another 40 mins. in the waiting line I fear.
