never seen that before.

No, its not from Charlie is My Darling as the Belfast footage in that film comes from the show at the ABC Theatre on September 4, 1965 (their third and last Belfast show)

This footage comes from the Ulster Hall on 31 July 1964. A pre-show interview with a somewhat sarcastic reporter has long been in circulation

Coincidentally I was in that venue tonight seeing Paul Weller.

The Stones' show there in 1964 lasted all of eight minutes before being abandoned halfway through the fourth song due to a riot. There were teenage girls being carried out in straightjackets. This took place seven days after the infamous Blackpool riot. I used to work with a woman who attended BOTH gigs!

They played a gig 30 miles up the road at Ballymena later that night which passed off without major incident.

Are you sure?
I thought it came from the ABC, Belfast on January 6, 1965.

Clothes looked similar to me to the '6.10' pre-show UTV interview and the clip that Cristiano posted says 1964 which is confusing. I did think that interview came from jan '65 though.

Some more photos from the Jan '65 visit

Their outfit looks pretty much the same as the ones they're wearing on the video that thomashanck posted.
