Any idea where I can order this Blu Ray online? I think it's out in Japan only. Also any sign of a European/USA official Blu Ray release any time soon?

Lets Spend The Night Together Blu-ray:

Stones In The Park Blu-ray:

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of those two shows, especially not for $48 each + tax and shipping. I'd consider Lets Spend The Night Together if it were around $20.

Thanks for the info all

found these:

Let's Spend The Night Together looks incredible. Maybe even better than Live in Texas Blu Ray.

Stones in the Park looks more or less the same as the DVD release.

It'd be nice but if it wasn't shot in blu ray how can it be shown in blu ray?

You can't shoot in blu-ray but can you can shoot in a high quality format suitable for blu-ray and LSTNT was shot in 70m film which is certainly good enough. In fact wasn't the Some Girls blu made from 16m film?

If somebody were to release it restored to the correct speed and concert pitch, it might be worth investigating.

I don't see why the Blu-Ray wouldn't have the correct speed and pitch.

It won't suffer from the additional speeding up of NTSC to PAL conversions in some regions ...but the whole thing was speeded up quite a bit for the original release and all commercially available re-releases since have retained this faster speed.

I just received the LSTNT Blu-ray yesterday, visually it looks very good, better than Fort Worth. I'm a bit disappointed in the audio though, I have an HD audio setup and despite the Blu-ray having lossless 5.1 DTS Master Audio and LPCM stereo 2.0 soundtracks, the sound is underwhelming IMO, nowhere near a good as Fort Worth, for some reason the LFE channel (subwoofer) is lacking. Having said that it's still by far the best version available and I've yet to hear great audio on any previous version and I've owned them all.

LSTNT is pretty much shite from the beginning. It doesn't matter what new technologies you add to it. Hampton on the other side is probably worth the cause of an Bluray improvement.

Hampton was recorded on video for a TV special. why should you release THIS on blu ray? it doesn't make sense at all. it would make much more sense to edit the tempe show properly and release it on blu ray

Which film: Let's Spend or Hampton?

Let's Spend The Night Together was shot on film (unlike Hampton) and looks awesome (from the trailer I posted above). So LSTNT very much benefited by being released on Blu Ray. Not sure if the tempo has been fixed or not though.

There would be only minimal video quality improvement if Hampton was released on Blu Ray since it was shot on video rather than film.

I bought Hyde Park on Bluray in france a couple weeks ago. But I haven't noticed any differance from the recent German upgrade a little while back (in a tin can). Maybe LSTNT is better? Afterall it was made for the movie theater.

Have a look at the Blu Ray "trailers" I posted above. LSTNT looks amazing yet Hyde Park looks maybe a bit better than the DVD. Hyde Park surely sounds better too on Blu Ray with uncompressed audio.

Hyde Park is pretty good and pretty underrated. Hope you got the Blu Ray for cheap?

It cost 19.99 euros, and comes in a black case instead of blue. I will try it again but I don't see or hear any improvement. Though nice to have on bluray.
