A complete collection requires all studio-albums on LP before 1991, all studio albums on CD 1991 and forward, every live-album and Soundtrack-album, singles that's not on albums and that's it. You can also add albums like Dylans Bootleg-series and Stones like Exile and Some Girls from 2010-11 as 'real' albums.

Johann Sebastian Bach? I can take a shortcut and buy The Complete Bach-Box with 155 CDs, but I guess you have every work on different LPs or CDs. I got more than 500 of Mozarts Köchelnumbers on different LPs and The Complete CD-box with 170 CDs...

Me too. They were a great band. the debut is still my favourite.

I have everything by Tom Waits on vinyl (including Orphans), with the exception of Mule variations, Nighthawks, Bad as me, and Night on Earth (which is impossible to find).

Also Kiss, ACDC, Alice Cooper - and I'm closing in on the Dylan vinyl collection
