At least 3 different Ladies and Gentlemen box sets?

There seems to be at least 3 different Ladies and Gentlemen box sets? One with a very thick box and a silver coloured tongue logo (for example Amazon Uk is selling these), and the other one with a much thinner box and a different coloured tongue logo (for example Amazon.com is selling these), the contents seem to be very near each other though? But very confusing.... Amazon.uk version seems to be more expensive than Amazon.com version.
And then there is a Japanese SHM-CD / blu-ray box-set (in size much smaller than the two mentioned above).

The one with vinyl included is a bootleg.
