Yes, he was Oldham's right hand man for many years until they had a fall out. (familiar theme with ALO).
They co wrote a book on ABBA. It was full of factual errors. They must have been short of dosh at the time.
Talking of which I doubt that the Immediate artists who never got paid royalties are shedding a tear right now. Whilst he and Oldham were living the high life, they never received a penny.
Worse than EMI etc !
