I guess that's not what the thread is about, but Clapton played Little Red Rooster with them at one of the L.A. Coliseum shows in 1989.

You guys do know that Eric Clapton (along with Jeff Beck, Steve Marriott & Woody) actually turned up to audition for the vacant place of lead/rhythm guitarist after Mick Taylor left?

It's all in Woody's book.

Steve Marriott was first choice (According to Keith Richards).

the clapton version of brown sugar is the second version, the first version - the one that was released - was recorded on tour in 1969, just before Altamont.
