and stay close to the beach so either gippsland or out by the great ocean road...

(now an art gallery) with attached large 4-bedroom double-brick home
(together over 5000 s.f.) with an extra lot in back (now gardens) two hours outside
melbourne, a half hour from the beach, for the princely sum of 60 thousand cash.
a few weeks ago, a home in town in very similar style to ours was undergoing
complete modernization, so for $20 we got the meter-long wrought iron sign that had
graced its veranda/entranceway for 60 years, and will now grace ours, after we
get it gold-plated...

All the places I have lived were named after the street it was on... Grand Point Bay, Wynn Street, Hobson House, Smith Street, Fifth Street...kids I knew lived in "The Park Street House".
There was one that was simply called "The Brown House". It was on Cones Road but has been torn down. It had a "skate room" since the dining room floor warped perfectly like a disc.
