Just about anything by the Chesterfield Kings. They sound and look more like the Stones then any band i have ever seen. One looks just like Brian Jones. They are from my town so I don't know if others know about them.

This song got some airplay in Los Angeles on KROQ in 1980, but has since been forgotten:
It is an amazing homage to the "Some Girls"-era Stones sound.

So many of those one or two hit (or non-hit) wonders in the mid-60s copped a lot of their sound along with the Brian Jones haircuts from the Stones. Here's one from a bit later, surprisingly Blue Cheer, that I thought was the Stones the first time I heard it on an early 70s "Underground" FM station:

Some songs by other bands are not simply sounding like Stones songs. In addition, they are "including" perticular Stones songs...
For example "Bohemian Like You" (Dandy Worhols) clearly "includes" the intro of Brown Sugar. And Primal Screams "Loaded" is based on SFTD's rhythm.

Deadstring Brothers pretty much base their whole persona on Exile era Stones and I love them for it.
The Stones themselves got me into Blues Chuck Berry and a lot of Country music .
Nothing wrong with sounding like the Stones.
Most bands mentioned above clearly aknowlegde them as an influecne.
Others mentioned like The Pretty Things and Them were of the same era and therefore influenced by the same music as the Stones

A band that sounds very much like the Stones are Los Ratos Paranoicos. I think they are from Argentina or Chile. The biggest difference is that the songs are in Spanish, and so the vocals sound very different, but the guitars are clearly based on the Rolling Stones.
