The photo is a Mark 1 .
The graphic EQ was inroduced with the Mark 2 & 3 models in the early 80s.
I'm sure that an expert will be along shortly with a bit more detail

The picture is from a MKIIB.
EQ's where available as an option from the very start of production. Keith's main Boogie MKI had all the options of 50/100 watt power switch, Reverb, EQ and input volt selection.
A MKIIB is a really great amp, but it sounds rather different to a MKI. The MKI sounds closer to the Princeton it was derived from, with clear treble, while the MKIIB has thicker midrange gain.
