So what's on the 'Super Deluxe' DVD then? Anyone know?
$169 are for Super Deluxe Box Set (2CD, DVD, 7" Vinyl Single, Hardback Book, Set Of Postcards, Helmut Newton Prints, and Poster)
Just CD set will be cheaper for sure.
I get them both to have the mega version strictly for home and the deluxe for the car and the office.
I guess we will just have to wait until they release the tracaklisting for each set. Has anyone confirmed that the CD being bundled with the blu ray Fort Worth show is actually the audio of a live show from the tour?

Blu ray is growing but the pool is still quite small compared to the market for standard format DVDs. Quite likely, many people are perfectly happy with the AV quality offered by the standard DVD format and feel no need to buy blu ray.
I assume it'll include the SOME GIRLS videos of "Faraway Eyes" and "Miss You" and "Respectable." (I wish they'd made a "Shattered" video...they have could shot scenes around Manhattan "on 7th Avenue" and "a cocktail party on the street" etc.)

Yes, great price eh? My order is through Amazon.co.uk.
It lists at 79.99, but when you go through the purchase process, just before you pay, you see it discounts to 66.66.
Not sure why they do that, but I've had others, including Exile superdeluxe (last christmas for under 50 GBP's) where they do that sort of discount. I've just rechecked my orders and the shipping was a little less, 3.06 GBPs, than I thought.
I'm guessing it'll be another backslapping making-of album documentary like the Exile one.

But - if they however have some REAL footage from back then - unlike the "Stoned In Exile" DVD, then it could be a real nice one. Not that I think they had videocameras in the studio in 77-78.....but maybe some interviews or stuff - that would be a treat.

Has anyone heard if it's going to be possible to buy just the extras seperately from the originals? Kind of like they did with the Exile bonus tracks. I don't mind paying for what I get but the box set is out of reach and I'd prefer to only have to buy one disc rather than two when I already have one.

What I don't get is on that Amazon page under "frequently bought together" are people buying both the "Some Girls: Super Deluxe Edition" AND the "Some Girls: Deluxe Edition." What could possibly be in the Deluxe Edition that's not in the Super Deluxe Edition? Why would you buy both? Or are people buying one for themselves and one as a gift?

Now I'm confused, I kind of liked the idea of buying the DVD that had the CD of the concert included. Do I ahave this right? What are we supposed to do LOL - plus to add to the confusion I imagine they will put some rare track on the Japanese set!!

Why don't Stones use SuperHeavy PR technics - releasing a teaser now and then from the Superdeluxe 10 unreleased songs so people can have an idea about the new songs - create an interest about the new CD.
