Nice read on the late great Joe South. Games People Play is permanent in my song mix and still relevant today. Deep Purple owes it big time to him. Enjoy.

Hush is one of my favorite Purple songs! Original vocalist Rod Evan's voice sounds like Joe's. Nothing beats Blackmore's guitar and Jon Lord's keyboards!
Not sure if Purple played this song in the 70's during the Ian Gillan or Coverdale era.
