Watching this Steelers V Browns game reinforces that I am not much of a fan of throw back uniforms.

Some of them are good. I prefer the old Patriots and Broncos jerseys/helmets than the updated ones they have. I don't see what was wrong with them. I'll even take the old Buccaneers creamsicle jerseys.

I guess they just reek of marketing... buy me one for Christmas etc etc... uneeded.

I thought it was great when they did it in '94 for the NFL's 75th Anniversary, and I was under the impression that was a one time thing. Then they started doing it for old rivalry games and stuff, now they just bust them out at random times. I only like the ones that wear the uniforms I'm used to from when I was younger, like the Broncos and Patriots. I don't like the ones like the Packers have, the Acme Packers blue and gold. It just looks wrong. And whenever the Steelers wore these uniforms, it wasn't in my lifetime.

agreed.... I did like them when they first did them, a one time special tribute... now it is just selling/marketing... and just in time for Christmas..... and they really dont look that cool

WTF!!!??? WHY!!!!! WHAT IS THE ISSUE???!!! I hate collge football now. It is pointless... Having LSU playfkn Alabama AGAIN (FKN AGAIN!!!!!!! AFTER LOSING ALREADY THIS YEAR TO LSU ....AT HOME NO LESS!!!!!) for a fictitious National Championship... that is just STOOPID!!!!!!!

The only bowl I will watch (probably a lie) this year is Stanford vs OSU.

thanks. 2 things sanchez actually has 9TDs he rushed for 2 today. 2nd as long as the jets can beat the dolphins and the bengals lose to the ravens the jets have the wildcard spot even if the bengals win the other 2 games and the jets lose. why is that. at 9-7 the jets AFC record would be 7-5 while the bengals would finish 6-6

That Dallas Cowboys stadium is redonkulous... The Stones are going to have to play there.... I dont mean play there for me or other fans because it is a good place for a show, I mean, they will juts cuz they have to, it is a thing to do. Jerry Jones will grab them to play his house.

I have never been there, yet, but it is on the list.
I wanna play xbox video games on the big screen down there.

I'd hardly say they are sandbagging. 2 weeks in a row as heavy underdogs they have rallied late to cover big spreads. I'm sure the point spreads mean nothing to them. But you can't say tehy're wuitting. Realisticly,even with Peyton they were about a 9-10 win team. The've gotten old and the running game is weak and they should have had a better back up for Peyton. Their is noting in it for tehm to tank games to get Luck. Archie Manning has been mouthing off this week about how it would be really awkward and bad for the Colts to take Luck. Trust me,this is not the situation they want to be in.
