The Stones in Antarctica

Just daydreaming while waiting for the Stones to play a B-side. eye rolling smiley

I wonder if the Stones decided to give a one off brief show on the ice shelf (before it melted) for 1000 fans. The price would be $25,000 per person (no couples) includes meals, transportation there and back by ship. The show would be either Aftermath OR Your Satanic Majesties Request in its entirety. No video or cell phone service.

Do you think they would sell out? Honestly, would you pay?

Saw Deep Purple play on top the Jung frau during heavy snow fall. Plus we were on a slop, pushed into each other at the front of stage. Funny enough it's one of my favorite concert memories. This idea could work for The Stones. I'm day dreaming too!

Just realized I should mention the Jung Frau is a mountain in Switzerland. Though it's funnier to think it was a young girl. Sorry, couldn't resist.

One of Norway's biggest Stones fans, Backstreet Girls-guitarist Petter Baarli was just there. Here he is, rocking with the penguins, paving the way for a future Stones concert smiling smiley

Would the penguins as antarctic residents get free entry? I think they should as they don't get to attend that many gigs down theresmoking smiley

It is the only continent they have never played on maybe they should play for the penguins lol. In all seriousness Matelica did play there a few years ago.
