Just because they thought I was in Spain, while I was in France.. (in fact, I was in none of the two countries when they sent it, so I had no regular address to provide).


Look what they wrote... I don't take that too seriously, but this is a real mess.. Also because they wrongly asked me to contact UPS to reroute, but this has to come from them..

UPS have tried to deliver your ticket(s) but have not been able to do so after multiple delivery attempts. Unless you contact UPS by 5 pm today, the envelope containing your tickets may be destroyed and you will not be reimbursed. You will find their telephone number details on the card they have left at the delivery address

On the other side, a lady on the phone told me it was all right, that I would receive next week.. I believe so, but this threat is disturbing..
