Purely hypothetical of course, I don't think Mick could be cajoled into it.
But lots of examples of very big artists in the past that have had extended Vegas stays.
The Stones have travelled the world many times over to deliver their music to you.
Would you now, go to them?!

Would there be a 2 drink minimum? Would there be naked dancing girls?

Ron Wood said the Stones' very first "insane ticket pricing" was at their first Vegas gig. And the Stones worried that because the crowd paid so much for their tickets they'd be a blasé or resentful audience. But Woody said it was one of the most enthusiastic crowds of the tour. I've been to some Vegas Stones shows where the crowds were great, too. So maybe a regular Vegas gig wouldn't be so terrible.

Only if Mick wore the Aztec Sundial suit and wrapped scarves around adoring women.

For me, Vegas is about everything 'cheap', phony and trashy in America.

Yes - but not to Vegas.
'Vegas' is a state of mind. They can do residencies anywhere and it should be their future. However, only being able to do 2-3 shows a week doesnt really help.
As for Mick not being cajoled into it - for a few million quid, he'd do it in a heartbeat.

Do you think though, that if they set up residence, vegas or otherwise, they'd be able to play more often than every other day?

I mean, other than the travelling, what is the issue, Mick's athleticism or voice, Keith's hands, something else?

As Edith mentioned above, Mick's voice is the sole reason.
After having to postpone the 2nd Amsterdam show in August 2003, having performed there the the day before, the band then postponed the first of two back-to-back Twickenham shows a couple of days later as Mick had 'flu' or a 'cold' or something. Three weeks later, another pair of back to back shows scheduled for Wembley Arena on Sept 14th and 15th saw the first one brought forward by one day at a week's notice.
Mick had developed throat problems and was advised by his doctor that he couldnt sing for two nights in a row anymore. He hasnt done so since. There were rumours that after that tour finished he received treatment for nodes on his throat, but thats never been officially confirmed. There had been tentative plans to pick up the tour again in spring 2004 but it didnt happen, although that may simply have been because one or more band members didnt want to do it.
