In fact, the line is about Mick! I just found the following explanation (in John McDermott with Eddie Kramer, "Hendrix - Setting the Record Straight", New York: Warner Books, 1992, p. 267):
"The lyric "She drinks her blood from a jagged edge," explained [Hendrix's girlfriend] Devon [Wilson] to Arthur Lee [of the group Love], drew its origins from Hendrix's November 27, 1969, birthday party, when Mick Jagger accidentally pricked his finger. When he asked for a Band-Aid, Devon rushed to him and told him that wouldn't be necessary. Then, in full view of Hendrix, sucked the blood from his finger."
