Yay. Another link to another one of YOUR articles about another has been. And I don't care how great his voice may be, his music is crap. Foreigner were great in the early 80's when I was in jr. high. But it's not the early 80's, and I'm not in jr. high anymore, so I could give a crap about any of them now. Or Gene Simmons. Or the guy from Simple Minds. Or Mrs. Who Gives A Shit.
The list is almost endless at this point. Maybe BV should just go ahead and give this section over to you, since almost every other thread is a promotion for one of your articles.

IORR is a board dedicated to The Rolling Stones and related topics. Still, other interesting topics may be accepted at times, as long as they are not offending, and as long as there are not too many of them at any time. Make sure you mark your Off Topic post with "OT:" in the subject field. In order to keep the OFF TOPIC number low - after all this is a ROLLING STONES board, not Facebook or Twitter, the IORR Editor will simply remove a lot of the Off Topic posts when they show up. Please do not post off topic, unless it is very important to a lot of us, or very interesting in general. Please no more "see me playing in my band" or other types of me-centric posts. Simply too many off topics. Thanks for your understanding. "
Or in your case, "see my newest article". I may be the only one, but I think you're pushing it with the constant hawking of your stuff. I doubt anything will ever be done about it because your posts aren't offensive, and cater to certain member types. Fair Enough. Every once in a while is ok, but it seems as though every article you write now is given a thread here. You've turned this site into your own personal link generator, and going by the above, I don't think it's right.

I enjoy his posts, especially when there's not much Stones activity going on.
No one is forcing anyone here to read a particular post!

I'm not bothered by your posts. I enjoy reading interviews that a fellow IORR member does with music artists from present OR past. Whether I like the artist or not.

A classy response to a hostile post hb. Well done. A lesson that many of us here at times, including myself, could make use of...

HB, you are not the one who should apologize for ANYTHING; most of us really like your articles. Busted, IMO, was very rude and the nastiness was unnecessary. I can't imagine your articles annoy BV or you'd have heard about it by now!
