Heard some sad news that the Ambassadors Theatre in London is to close, to become a dance studio and recording studio. We've had some great intimate shows there in the 446-capacity theatre : Not least Boogie for Stu, I Feel Like Playing, Ronnie with James (& Paul) McCartney and, most recently, Ronnie's Book Launch. Always a great venue for many IORRians, with the Ivy opposite and handy pubs nearby. Will be sadly missed.....I don't know how this affects Sally's business, Ambassadors being where she worked, but I hope another small venue can be found for these types of show.
