Awful vocal? Sounds pretty dedicated to me.
I thought that was pretty good too.

I cannot decide about Dire Straits. On one hand I have huge respect for Mark Knopfler for dissolving the band while it was still on top and never let it rot or become a circus... On the other hand if they reunited I'd be probably first in the line for tickets.

I thought their reunion (or regrouping) with Paul Rodgers was very good.

I'd kill for an Axl Rose, Izzy, Slash, Duff and Steven reunion, but in a way not.
I don't think so. The axe slingers, yes. All 3 of them. But Steven?? Have you seen him lately? There's a show on VH1 called Celebrity Rehab (usual reality crap). Adler is a regular on the show because he is so f*cked up. You wouldn'
t recognize him; the once blond rock-god. They use subtitles with him because you can't always understand him. Looks like he's had some strokes or seizures from the cocaine.
Add bloated Axl to that.

No-one can replace Freddie Mercury. May and Taylor can play with whomever they want, but I don't think they should call it 'Queen'.

They've never split up.

Yeah, Steven on drums. I've only seen clips of the tv show. I watched an interview with him, after the tv show. He seemed pretty with it.

I remember first hearing Page with the Crowes and thinking that's the best Led Zeppelin ever sounded live...
And now Robin, the twin to Maurice, is very ill...Quote

The Bee Gees (Have they quit ever?)
They split in 2003 when Maurice died...but reformed as a duo a couple of years back. [en.wikipedia.org]
Of course, back in the late 60s they were a 5-piece group, & that line-up never reformed.

An' experiment' that really worked was Jimmy Page with the Black Crowes doing Zep songs. They sounded fabulous. It had to be the first time Page heard the songs live the way they were intended. And Chris Robinson sang very well; Gorman on drums. I was really amazed how good that recording was.
The Band is also a group who could not reunite anymore.
Same with the Clash.
We could always have a Blondie reunion.
