Jagger's hair is so dark.
It's weird - to see the Stones, who at that point were very big already, coming off that 72 US tour - and then on such a small provincial little out door stage; with all the make-up etc. The off stage guys just kind of sitting there..
It's the only time I have seen Keith with that white SG, where it was not the LA gig for Nicaragua.

I assume Keith used the white SG is for Midnight Rambler, based on the capo location. Interesting that he used the Tele for at least 'Happy', since he has it in the pics where he's sharing the mike with Mick, and used the Newman Jones 5 string on some of the other open tuning songs. Is that an LP Jr. in picture #4 - it's a little blurry? He must have used that on some of the standard tuning songs.
Mick has some big-time sock action going in that first picture.

I seem to recall Keith used the white SG Custom at the Hawaii shows not long before. Before that and after Australia though I have seen no pics of it. Thanks for posting the link by the way hb. Great pics!
