It was a 45. I still have it somewhere. I worked on this session for a bit, can't recall a single thing about it. I guess I wasn't there for the singing....

Some nice versions of one of the greatest Rock tunes.

I always loved the groove of Leon Russels' hot medley.

I followed the Stones since Satisfaction days.That was a huge world hit.

But lookin back through all those years I'd say the biggest kick from a new Stones single - first listening always was like a magical moment - I got from Jumpin Jack Flash. What a "comeback" after 1-2 weaker years.

Hard rocking version by Polish group Farben Lehre. Interesting Rythm-Lead divide, with a lead sound reminiscent of a siren in the middle.




And this version from an early Karaoke Machine just for fun. Note how elaborate the supposed vocal line is worked out.
