Stones T-shirts

I am completely pissed off with the numerous emails I get
re all the Stones merchandise from Lucky and other vendors.

Why don't the Stones get smart and have Charlie or/and Keith do
some really nifty shirts?

I am very happy to see the emails show up in my mail slot, at least they are not the typical instantly deleted without looking spam other places send me, PLUS the email means another live Rolling Stones show is happening soon!!! which I know anyway, but it is nice to see again.

I am always happy to go look at the next shows shirts and posters, most of which I like a lot.

I never grow bored or get tired of the numerous new ways they come up with to use the coolest brand logo on the planet, The Rolling Stones Tongue

Even got me to pick up a July 4th tee... not really an "event" tee, so I figures it was fine even though I won't be in Indy...

Pittsburgh Steeler football fans are rabid and I imagine these Steeler themed shirts will sell like hot cakes tonight.

Charlie, Keith, Ronnie, Anita, Charlotte, et al. I'd welcome anything that was artistic, creative, looked good and was good quality.

This riding the backs of the sports teams stuff is truly a cheap shot, imo. It's all about selling the most cheap product for the highest profit possible. With all due respect to the artists on a few of the better designs this whole RS merch thing has become the Wal Mart of rock and roll schwag. It certainly has little to do with cool and hip fashion and with the rip on the sports stuff, less to do with The Rolling Stones too.

peace

All the whiners ever do is whine.

It used to be there was one shirt for the whole tour. period.

Now they have a difererent shirt for every stop and what do the whiners say about that? They whine of course.

Nothing is ever good for the whiners, so easy for them to sit at home and whine whine whine.

Don't think of it as riding on the backs of sports teams. Think of it as incorporating local themes into the stones event. I think it's cool. I'd love to have the modified steelers logo on a black t-shirt.

Peace,
Mr DJA

Relms, you've been here two months...Insulting people is not a way to get off to a good start.

Most of us like each other or at least tolerate other points of view than our own.

No, I want Charlie to play the drums and Keith to wheeze and play the guitar.

Ronnie designs T-shirts all the time - but only hand-painted ones for himself, alas. I know they're not blatantly tongue-themed, but how about some cheap-ish knockoff copies for the punters?

Yeah, I wish Ronnie would sell some of his t-shirts!
He did for a while, didn't he, limited editions?

Charlotte needs to do more. Alligator and shark, good ones.

I agree 111% Charlotte does great and I love that a Stones legacy (or whatever the correct word is) is designing them. I think it adds to the coolness. But most important I like her designs and sketches and style. She is paying her dues.

And from above, YEAH RONNIE!!! Quit bogarting your coolamundo shirts, make and sell some of them to us punters. smiling smiley Seriously I would love to buy his it only 40 years shirt.

Shirts kinda sucked. None of the vendors had "all" the styles, looked chinch and gimmicky. I didn't come to see the Steelers, I came for the Stones- hokey black and gold shirts. Finally found a cool SF "T"......no sizes bigger than large........sigh

As far as I'm concerned this "hokey black and gold shirt" is simply proof the song vote was rigged...
