OT: Bootlegs "not TMOQ"

On eBay recently I see a lot of bootlegs advertised as "NOT TMOQ". What exactly are they trying to say. Is it "this is not a superb original Trade Mark Of Quality release" or "this is not an inferior TMQ re-issue".

...they just want everybody searching for "rolling stones tmoq" to see their auctions in the search results, that's the reason
