Thanks for posting, these are great. I found the interviews with Taylor quite interesting, as I have read so few over the years. He presented himself very well, very articulate. If he was harboring any doubts or conflicts by the Goats Head Soup period, it certainly doesn't show from his comments.

Excellent thread!
Speaking of NME, may I ask; HM, do you have any of the May 1968 issues?
The reason I ask is that Keith Altham did in-the-studio report on the band, and
while I've read part two - which is from the June 01 issue - I've never been
fortunate enough to find the one with part one. So seeing this thread I started hoping

There's a brilliant Jagger interview from about 1980 that I'd love to read again, if you've got it. It was printed in the Melody Maker, but I think they bought it in from an American magazine. It's one of the few interviews from that period where he seemed to let his guard down. Do you know the one I'm talking about?

Wow - you must have a great archive. Been collecting long?
Since about 2006 or so, not long before I joined here.
Just boguht some cdr's from ebay loaded with old clippings, made a great addition to my own collection of old NME's, Rave magazine's etc. I've spent a good chunk of change on this shit, but I'm all about getting what I have out there, this kind of stuff is too cool to not share.
I think i'm going to make up some zip files of everything and post them for folks to download. Just need to find the time to scan my unscanned stuff, organise everything and upload it all to megaupload or something.
