people think that denim has been acceptable for ever....it was a fabric made for the farm and not the general public...in the 70's designer jeans was a big thing back then...Jordache...Gloria Vanderbuilt.. Calvin Klein especially was just then making a name for himself...

Been acceptable to me for ever.I reckon I wear blue,black,grey,striped (shorts) or white denim 360 days out of 365 a year. I love 'em. Wear a pair of decent strides now and again ,but not too often. ><

If they were to tour again, Mick(and keith) really should make a ragpile of the shiny clothes and throw on a pair of jeans with a natural-fabric shirt and show some grey or white hair...at this point it would be the cool thing to do...

The pic on the top with Billy; that's from the flat bed truck concert they had in NYC to advertise the tour in May 1975, isn't it? If that's part of the tour, then he wore jeans during the tour. For some reason, I cannot see either Rockman's nor Mr Snow's pics, so I might be missing out on something here...!?
