Keith selling a few t-shirts, the 'profits' of which go to Japan, is the 'tiny todger' of fundraising.

Thank you thank you...I'll be back in an hour for my second show...please tip your servers generously.

eye rolling smiley He should have done nothing at all and spared himself all this criticism.

But I think Keith decided a long time ago that if the world thinks you can't do anything right, you might as well do as you like. Good luck to him.

Maybe Keith should do a slot here...

bbc.co.uk

...and show the likes of Liam Gallagher how it's really done.

(Like that's gonna happen)

So the point is that we can buy a special t-shirt and the profits will go to the victims in Japan. What is wrong with that ?

I heard about it on the radio and that the photo was from a Stones tour, so I thought it would be a photo of all the Stones.

Okay then.... the majority of Stones fans are over fifty and male. A "fitted" t-shirt is not a good look on most of us.

I'm a lot younger than that (and trim) and at a large university close to my home I regularly see college students wearing Stones T-shirts. I'v gotten into conversations with beautiful co-eds because of their Stones T-shirts/bags. (And, anyway, it would fit Mick and Ronnie.)

right. it's the clothing and accessories that's the big draw. i was often enamored of the co-eds' footwear back in the day....

Nothing you can do, are expected to do or should do.
...and if Rolling Stone made you 'think' that way, without actually saying so, then it is really more about an expectation you have about KR...perhaps don't shoot so high and you'll much better find, satisfaction.

Just ordered my shirt. I went with Classic over Fitted, want to be real comfy in this shirt.

Happy to help Japan, too. I get a great shirt, and Japan gets my $29.99 to rebuild it's country.smiling smiley

Mick's rock, I'm roll.

You could come to the obvious and logical conclusion that its not meant to be a competition and isnt of any importance.

Besides, whether we like it or not, in 2011 she most certainly IS.
