I just noticed that AEROSMITH are playing the night before the Stones at o2World (June 9th)!
I know that are several Aerosmith - fans on this board ( well not me ;-) ).
So anyway it`s up to you to look at ticketmaster.

Yep)) And Black Sabbath are playing one night before Aerosmith in Berlin as well

Also Aerosmith will play in Dortmund on the 18th of June Just 80km away from Dusseldorf)

I've seen them 5 times and it's always a good time. Not a huge fan either.

Absolutely. There are so many great concerts to choose from. Personally I hope to see Stones and Aerosmith in Germany this summer.

P.S. just hoping there will be no war in Ukraine and I'll be able to come...

I have only seen Aerosmith once (Helsinki 2007) and I had a blast.

Going to see them again in Helsinki on May 30th.

I will fly to Berlin on the 9th anyway so I guess I might as well go. Even though my hotel is at the Messe on the other side of town, there is a direct train connection about 45 mins.

Aerosmith is the US version of the Stones eh?

Soundgarden opening for Sabbath, btw!

I just finished Steven Tyler's book, and I was amazed of how big of a Stones fan he was! Standing for hours in front of the mirror to get Jagger's moves right, claiming he was Chris Jagger to get into parties, hotels where they stayed etc.

According to himself, he is a good friend of both Mick's and Keith's (He supposedly bought a gun and a pack of methadone pills for Keith for his 36th birthday)...

A really poor bio, but entertaining in places. Too eclectic and unstructured for my liking.

I rather enjoyed S Tyler's bio, and I've read a lot of them.
Maybe it was the Steve/Mick parts I liked the best.
