There's a lot of fakes out there and this one is one of them, I think. "First American appearence"!
Got one myself bought in an outdoor bookstore in Paris.
According to Bill Wyman's autobiography no show happened there that date.

I don't know if this has been a thread or not but I find the old style tour posters very interesting because of the bands on the same bill that the Stone are on.I would like you to share some and especially one's that you attended and can comment on.This is an example of what I am talking about:
This one promotes my first Stones concert in 1975 which I skipped my high school graduation to see:
Joe Walsh was a "special guest" for The Eagles

I truly thought there might be more response to this especially from some of the older long time fans. The early years have the most representation as far as promo posters and they became more tour oriented and not show specific later.Ticket stubs also welcome for this thread.Posting another from 1965. Were any of you there?

A few years ago, this kind of thread had multiple pages, as far as I remember. I wasn't registered yet, but followed the board closely. There were such amazing contributors, a real joy to read and follow. There are still a lot of great regular posters like yourself, mighty stork, but in general I think the overall substance of the contents is lower than what it was,say, 10 years ago. Maybe all has been said and done. That doesn't stop me from coming here everyday, though.
