Ronnie wore those wellies on the way to Glastonbury. He tweeted a picture wearing it:

Keith gets very attached to his shoes, so I doubt he's going to donate that pair until they are done touring...so maybe, never!

Bill Graham told the story of how Keith wouldn't wear anything but his grey boots on the '81 tour. The shoes were falling apart by the end of the tour, they had to be taped together and there was a mad scramble to find a new heel before one concert. When the tour finally ended, Keith presented the shoes to Graham as a gift.

Mick's Glasto shoes in charity auction
Date: December 2, 2013 19:02

Hi all,

Mick has put the shoes he wore at Glastonbury up for sale in the Small Steps Project's annual auction, which raises money for kids living on dumps:

Mick's shoes

Nice of him to do so, as well as Ronnie Wood and Charlie Watts. Keith seems to have declined, miserable old bugger.

Keith did auction his scarf for charity. It gets a bit of a competition as to who can raise the most (after Mick's hair raised 4 times as much as Keith's hair)

The whole biz of millionaires giving away one "precious" private possession for a good cause seems miserable/obscene to me. The richest persons on this planet (Stones incl.) have an army of lawyers to find loopholes in laws to enable them to pay less/next to no taxes.

And then they want to do sth to fight poverty? C'mon... smoking smiley

The publicity that they bring to the cause is worth way more than whatever they're auctioning, usually, though. Obviously the item up for auction means nothing much to them.

The whole biz of judging millionaires to be a "miserable old bugger" because they didn't donate what their co-workers did seems miserable/obscene to me.

Peace,
Mr DJA

I recently won $500, which is not very much money. It was simply received from a promotional event to evaluate the community for improvements. The money will be donated to a children's fund and hopefully make them feel the magic of these Holidays. I will oversee the distribution to make sure the money is properly allocated. I asked the community owners how the decision of winner was made and of course the question was voided.

No charity please. You can leave your shoes on.

The whole business of judging other people who judge seems miserably obscene to me. As does the business of those such as myself, who judge others that are judging those that are judging the millionaires.

I like to think of myself as an equal opportunity judger.

EDIT....and on that note, let whomever has not judge, throw the first shoe.

Anyone notice that Mick and Ronnie`s shoe size is listed as UK size 10, whereas Charlie`s is 18...is that humanly possible?

Isn`t Shaq O`Neill 16 or something?
