Hi,
I have the VGP from 1996 version of L.A july 13th 1975
I think it's an audience recording.
Is there a soundboard version of this show ?
thanks

No, but this fantastic audience recording is still the best sounding source from the 1975 tour. Noticably better than the famous soundboard bit from Buffalo. So, not need for a soundboard version in this case.

My personal favourite from '75 is Fort Collins. But there are other, equally strong contenders. Erik Snow named them all, I guess.

Thanks for info! So LA Soundboard or Audience, Detroit and/or Buffalo. What dates? I heard the Garden shows were good. Your take?

the final night at MSG (27.6.75) is a great sounding audience recording, a superb performance and probably my favourite 1975 show.

Great recording - great energy - BUT.....the downside is that Jagger's voice is really shot...! Too much partying in New York is probably the reason.

I don't know about the partying - Mick's very disciplined. Maybe just 5 nights of a hoarse staccato shout did him in. He was voiceless in Largo.

... one of them being a excellent performance (the July 13 one).

To this day I still don't get why Mick didn't ask the filming who covered the July 11 disaster/show to come back for another night (or two). He wouldn't have cost that much extra money and the band would have sth decent to show from this tour.
And if they ahd filmed the July 13 we would be treated with a visual souvenir of Jesse Ed Davis guesting on SFTD.
