"Flowers" Pressing I Haven't Seen Before - Help?!

Hey guys and gals,

I picked this pressing up recently (unfortunately, it's pretty unlistenable - which was NOT mentioned in the auction) and have not been able to figger out how early/late it was. One thing I do know, is that I haven't seen publishing info listed this way in other Flowers pressings.

You'll see that "gideon music" or "jabete music" are listed on each line in addition to "bmi."

Can someone help me figger out exactly what this pressing is?!

Here ya go:

Matrix / Runout (Side A - etched): ARL 7752-1D
Matrix / Runout (Side B - etched): ARL 7753-1C—

That long dash after the "1C" is not a typo.

Normal stereo pressing. There are actually two different stereo labels that has the Jobete/Carlin Music text. This one is on grooved label which means it was pressed in 1967 or 1968.

If you have a better look at vinyl, you'll notice some roman numbers like III, or similar.
It must be from 1967, as in the US they stopped pressing MONO copies at the and of that year.
Jabete Co. copyright for 'My Girl' was present only in ht every first edition of both mono and stereo copies. Before the end of the year, all tracks were assigned to BMI alone.
Your copy is exactly like one of mine and I dare to say it's not particulary rare. Data onto vinyl does not help to locate the pressing plant.
Bye, LUca
